The demi-glace sauces that are available on the store shelves typically come in a paste or powder form, which require further preparation. The alternative varieties must be kept refrigerated or frozen. Our innovative development enabled us to produce a finished, shelf-stabled, and ready-to-serve demi-glace. For a fraction of the cost and time of preparing them yourself, our demi-glace is delightful and cooked to a perfect nepe consistency. Similarly, our Louisiana entrées are prepared with freshness in mind, offering authentic Cajun entrées with minimal preparation time.
